One of my rage broadhead out of a pack of 3, doesn't feel like they lock behind the 0-ring. I hate for the blade to open in flight. Has this problem ever happen to anyone else? If so, are there any tricks that can solve this?

Just spin the o ring around a quarter turn so it is "fresh". Should be good to go. You could also just replace the o ring if you desire.
