Default Safety harness

Has anyone used the harness that comes with the Summit climbing stands. The harness is kind of awkward to setup. I have an older harness that dosen't have the leg straps and is easier to put on but is probably not as safe to use.

Everyone I hunt with uses the new "hunter safety system" the vest looking setup... I had been satisfied using the harness that came with my Summit Viper SS. Until this weekend that is.... After climbing down saturday evening I went to undo the "loop nut" (don't know the technical name). It was seized and I was about stuck to the tree... I was able to loosen the slide knot enough to fit over the safety rope knot. I'm either going to invest in a climbing carabiner, or the safety system as well....

SAFETY must come first and foremost. Get yourself a HSS vest, or a Summit Seat O'the Pants, you'll worry a whole lotless...AND, you'll be with us for a long time to come.

Trophy Line makes a great vest and it's easy to wear and to use i personally think that it's better than the HSS but thats just my opinion

I love my new HHS vest I got this year the Pro Model I have. So simple and quick to use. Well worth the money!
