thanks for all of the help everyone. the input ive got has been great and its help lead me to my decision. as of mon. i will be shooting a max 4 general. i went and shot it and out of all of the bows i shot it seemed like the best for me. my only complaint is the rough draw cycle but hey, there is something about all of them i dindt like adn i can adapt. shooting the general i can honestly say that it was by far the quietest and smoothest shooting bow (I) have ever shot. and thats what made my mind up. i shot a 60# general and it was soo quiet and smooth. i figured 70# would have more vibration and be louder and i was wrong. they felt identical. the mathews dxt had a smooth draw cycle, strong back, and it was very fast and i liked it alot as well but the feel when shooting the bowtech, the mathews is another animal. i would recommend either to anyone as they are both great. i shot the dxt last week and shot the general yesterday, adn today i went back and shot the dxt again just to make sure and the bowtech is just more for me.
