The hoyt magnatec powerflex for $175 or the 2002 Hoyt ultratec for about 200 bucks. and which one is better it any.

I'd jump on the Ultratec if it fit you. I.E. Draw length, and draw weight. $200 is a steal. Be sure the riser is not bent. The '02 Hoyts risers can be bent if not put in the riser correctly. That could be the reason for the low price.
