Well, I just got new Scent Lok boots, which sounds great, but how does one reactivate them. Can't wash them. Also, they came wrapped in plastic sheeting from China. . .heck, the Scent Lok could be all filled up! So. . .How do you care for Scent Lok boots?

My Scent Blocker boots have removeable scent gaiters. You can spray them with Scent Shield. I do that anyway.

That seems more functional. Mine aare all one piece. I may ask Scent Lok.

Your feet each sweat up to a quart of nasty smelling dirt and bacteria filled sweat every day, more if you do any hiking, do you really think those boots can handle that? I just dust the insides of my ordinary hunting boots with baking soda before I go out, and spray the outsides with baking soda/peroxide based scent killer, that's about as "scent free" as a boot will get.

And if they're high rubber boots, and you're wearing scent lok pants, couldn't you just pull the pants over your boots thus solving the scent problem?
