I have been seriously considering going with a bowtech but where I live our outfitter mainly just carries hoyt. I asked him about the bowtechs cause all I have heard where great things about the bows. Then he told me about and issue with someone on the leagues that had his bottom limbs break and bowtech would not replace them. I guess from what I understand he was told that he had to of had his bow in a press and that there was no way that the limbs would break under normal conditions. So that really turned the outfitter off because of customer serivce. I really like the outfitter in my area and would like to keep my business with someone locally but I'm just not sure if hoyt is what I really want. I guess to get to my question is this some just isolated issue that may have a lot more to it or is bowtech more helpful. I have no idea if the guys bow was ever dry fired or damaged or anything. But my only concern is what IF something did happen to my limbs if i went with a bowtech even though I doubt it would ever be and issue.

That sounds like a very isolated incident and quite frankly, I'd question the validity of the whole story. Bowtech's warranty is one of the industry's leaders and there has to be more to the story.
Perhaps your "outfitter" Hoyt dealer wants to push Hoyt.
I shot on Hoyt's National Shooting staff like many and I don't have anything bad to say about Hoyt. Love them however in 06 when I decided to take a fresh start in the industry I shot as many bows as I could and choose the Bowtech Allegiance over the Hoyt Trykon and couldn't be happier. My buddy bought the Trykon from me after I bought it after the Ally. After shooting my newest Bowtechs he's really wanting to change now too.
Hoyt makes a great bow but man, the Bowtechs are really incredible each year.

Go to a dealer that carries both and he will most likely tell you to shoot them both and buy which one feels the best. Bowtech's Customer service is second to none
Sounds like your dealer is trying push what he sells and I guess you can't blame him, but he would be better served to point out the positives of his product, instead of trying to trump up some negatives on others

Oh sure, happens all the time. Just look on the forums, it's absolutely LITTERED with complaints about bowtech's limbs breaking, and piss poor customer service. Just head on over to the bowhunting forum and you'll find at LEAST......zero. Please read the humorous sarcasm intended there.
You're either being lied to, or there's simply more to the story than he's telling you. Shoot, maybe there's more to the story than he knows, but in any event, it's isolated and not very common at all.
Get the bow you want, or you'll never be happy with it. Whether it be Hoyt or Bowtech, make sure you get the one YOU want....not the one sombody wants to sell you.

Thank you guys. Really appreciate the information. From what I have heard bowtech seems to be the best on the market in my opinion. I think I will be purschasing the allegiance for some reason just seems to be the bow I keep going back to. Again thank you.
