true nock or string loop
#2
Im not tryin to start some big argument here, but this is my opinion on metal knocks(especially metal loops). They add so much weight to the string. You might as well throw 6 brass nocks on there. If you tie a loop the right way, it wont twist. Just make sure your rope ends are on the bottom and on opposite sides.

I love my string loop. Best thing I ever did for accuracy. Haven't heard to many good things about the true knock. Never tried one and don't think I will, no sense messing with a good thing.

I use the metal nock simply because of my release that I have had for ten years wouldn't work on a string loop. If you have a release that will work on a string I would go with that but if you don't a metal one works well also. I have never had any problems with mine. They are heavy if you are worried about loosing a few feat per second.
