Ok, I made me a simple and effective arrow cutter.
I just had a metal bar glued to a board and made a small cut for the dremel disk, I put a screw next to the metal gliding bar to prevent the dremel from cutting all the way.
Easy, just test an old arrow several times and make sure your disk sits square in the end of your dremel.
I have now the one and only combo, arrow cutter and spinner tool...

the spinner plus the saw cost me a total of approx. 60 dollars....
cheap and it works.....
