Default Is there a silent arrow rest?

I was busted twice this year by deer hearing my arrow slide against my rest. Is there a rest out there that is totally silent. Which hunting rests would you guys recommend? Thanks for the help. If it matters I'm shooting a Bowtech Patriot.

I've always used prong type rests and have always used a very small piece
(1/4 x 1/4)of moleskin, not the hunting variation, but the
original anti blister kind, on each prong and anywhere the arrow might contact
the rest...or riser. Silent draw IMO. Good luck to ya.

What type of rest are you using now? I like a prong rest, BoDoodle with super slick on the arms. If you use a prong rest try the super slick arm covers they are silent. Have taken 2 deer this year, drew on one at 12 yards and the other at 8 and neither heard me. Here is the website for them if interested: http://www.gagarchery.com/

I also shoot a Patriot and switched away from a Bisquit only because I felt it was not silent enough. I now shoot an APA Twister Safari dropaway which is completely silent. No sound at all. And the nice thing about it is it's also a complete containment rest, arrow can't fall off or make noise banging around.

There isn't a single rest on the market that is totally silent unless you add a silencing material such as felt or mole skin.

The MZE is just a noisy as any other rest with a polymer launcher unless you add the supplied mole skin.

The WB is no where near silent but it is generally quiet enough not to spook deer.
