Kisser Button

RE: Kisser Button
I used to use both but now only use the peep. My problem was I got chapped lips right in the corner of my mouth from the friction it created.
I don't feel that kisser buttons are necessary for most people.

Let's see if I can get you going. If you use a "kisser button" as a kisser button it cannot chafe your lips because it will be where you cn kiss it and not back in the corner of your mouth. Do you kiss your wife with the corner of your mouth? Now why is it called a kisser button?
Sounds to me like you're like a lot of guys and the bow's drawlength is too long for you.

RE: Kisser Button
I use a kisser and a peep but unlike most i put the kisser at the tip of my nose.I was at the shop a while back and was drawing and was at what i thougt to be a comfotable anchor and was informed that i did not have an anchor point,i released the arrow and sat and thought about it.As much as i did not want to admit it i knew he was right.so to make a long story short i opted to put the kisser on the string right then and there and am happy with that decision because i am very confident that putting that kisser on my nose is goona put that arrow in the boiler room.
