    Don't be fooled by his avatar...Fishhunter is from Missouri, (but he's a big Cubs fan). Drum are legal over there.

    I suppose......I really should be working instead of goofing around on the internet!

    And I repeat what I said earlier, I've never shot a drum before knowing they were not legal to shoot in Illinois.
