Opening Day Of B/P
This is the buck I took On opening day of B/P season.an 8 pt. that followed me(trailed me) to my stand.I took him at 7:20 (old time).all my buddies said I took him with a light.

Congratulations on a great buck. How far away was it, what projectile and charge did you shoot it with, how far did it run off... These people have to learn to tell the whole story...

sorry Cayugad.he was only about 5' from my stand,he had trailed me for about 150 yards.I had some buck poppers that a young friend had given me.I usually don't use them because every time I do the deer will blow,snort and run like he$$.
I had put some on my boots and he trailed me to my tree.
I was shooting a CVA magbolt 150 in 45 cal. shootin 2-50grain pyrodex pellets behind a 225gr. powerbelt hollow point.he dropped in his tracks.I shot him stright down between the shoulders.
I had posted all the perticulars earlier with out the pic. I had lost my camera.
