Cause shipping in 10 days for all products is crazy and not being able to answer product questions is even worse
7-10 days before they ship items other than there rifles is excessive for any business and it should be made crystal clear on there web site that this is there policy.

They need to hire more help. I wouldn't put up with that kind of service.

Every time I order something. The last thing I say to them is..........when will this ship? I'll cancel the order if I don't like the answer. Unless i'm in no rush at all to get it. (hardly ever)

Maybe you shouldn't have waited till the last minute to order your stuff. My guns are ready to go long before the season starts. Just thinking outloud hear but I don't rely on anybody but myself when it it comes to my hunt.

That comment kinda says it all, and they are putting them together and shipping them out the door.... it would not make me warm and fuzzy to order a product from people that do not know their own product.

Understandable,
I figured it would be here last Friday and get sighted in Sunday and be ready to roll. I mean the other three companys I orded from were her Friday..Like I said had I seen 7 to 10 days till they ship I would have done something different. I will say this unless the gun breaks the only thing I will order from them ever again is the 52 cal sabot since they are only sold to knight..

What do you expect from a plastics company? Maybe guns should be bought from a gun mfg.

While that seems crazy on the face, many times it works out better. Teaching people without preconceived notions is most of the times much more sucessful. When I hire people, (which is almost weekly) I don't look for those with the most experience in the field. I look for teachable people who are willing to work. I don't work for Knight but I do work for a fortune 500 company so I can see that could be the direction they were/are going.

7 to 10 days is unfortunate. But given they are starting back up and the demand they had/have on thier products right now, I can undestand the delay as well. I'm not making excuses because I have no need to defend them. But I don't see any cause for major concern at this point. But heck, that's just my $0.02.
