I think it's time we formed the "Powder Investigation Suspicious Society" (PISS)

And establish an Official Factfinding Forum to back it up.

You might think of it as a kin to the black powder charge pressed in the bottom of a pyrodex pellet or even a flash pan powder that ignites the primary charge in a flint lock.
