my 50 cal. flinter wears a rear t/c peep I find I like the t/c better then Lyman
I also added a t/c red front fiber optic RED sight and redrilled the peep to .090 for me it is a excellent set-up

I FORGOT TO MENTION YOU WILL NEED TO DRILL AND TAP 2 NEW HOLES FOR THE REAR PEEP OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE DIGGING INTO THE STOCK TP PICK UP A SIGHT PICTURE
TAPE IT ON TO START AND SEE THE BEST LOCATION BEFORE DRILLING AND TAPPING
