REMINGTON GENESIS ARRIVED

Of course you told her, remember? You would never even consider buying something like that without telling her. Now, the fact that she doesn't remember is her fault, and furthermore you're offended that she obviously doesn't listen when you talk about things that mean so much to you.

we have a deal. It was easier than I thought. We are getting ready to ship some meat goats to auction next week. I worked out the transportation details today. So I came up with the idea to make the wifey poo a deal. I told her we should each get $250.00 from the auction just for us. $250.00 for her and $250.00 for me . We can spend it how ever we want. She agreed. So as long as she gets her $250.00 then I am good to go. Any guesses on what I will buy with my money
You got it. a Remington Genesis Buckmaster edition with stainless fluted barrel and camo stock .( as long as Cabelas still has it that is) Oh happy day . O happy day

Now that was smart thinking.. besides I've always believed, its nice to spend some of your hard earned money on things YOU really want. All too often we constantly save or pay bills with every cent we earn. While that's good for the financial portfolio it sure is ruff on the psychological portfolio. Have fun with that fancy Genesis...

Good work. I gotta admit though, I'm kinda jealous.

My nephew sighted his Genesis in the other day but he said he had to move the fiber optic as far forward and over as far as it would go to get it shooting good.He was shooting TC 240 XTP bullets and he said they grouped good shooting 100 grains of T7.I mounted my Williams peep sight on mine and hopefully the wind will slow down so I can sight in before Saturdays opener.Wind has been blowing about 35 miles an hour here today making it impossible to sight in but hopefully by thursday.Hope my peep sight comes in nice and the peep hole is more than large enough and the front red fiber optic shows up nicely. Hey, guys, Cabela's has the Genesis on sale for $135 (black/blued version) and you can get a $35 rebate on top of that....$100. I don't have a muzzleloader and we can use rifles here in TN, but a ML would add another 2 weeks (more like 2 weekends) to my hunting season.
If I was required to hunt with a ML like some folks, I might go for a Thompson Omega or something like that, but I can't really justify the $300+ price for just a couple of weeks/weekends in the field each year. Sound like a good deal?
Free shipping to boot through 11/10/08 on orders of $125 or more.
