I have looked at them and the ones at Early Rustic Arms. www.earlyrusticarms.com. I even talked to another company on the phone quite a while back and almost ordered a custom one in .62 caliber with a 1-90 twist to it. Then common sense grabbed a hold of the phone and made me hang up.

While I like my inlines, actually all my rifles, I have always wanted a custom rifle. One of these days I am just going to have to order one and get it out of my system.

WOW!! that mountain rifle is nice. What rate of twist did they have. I always kind of wanted one of them. But I have no intention of buying it.

I am fairly sure it is a 1 in 66 twist and I think it has your name all over it.

As much as I would like it, I think I would pass.

Dave - I had my eye on that Sharpshooter for a while now. It is really tempting.

Actually, when you figure the scope is almost $300.00 the $300.00 for the rifle does not seem all that bad. Also with that 1-24 barrel made to shoot conicals, if I were living in an area that was conical only, this would be a very serious consideration to my hunting needs.

I might have to get me that one, or a custom one pretty soon. After all I have been really good not buying rifles. I have not purchased one for a couple month (I think).
