You do not mention which model rifle this is. Some of them your best to leave the bolt alone. Do not take it apart or some also require a C tool depending on the age. But back to your question.. to clean the bore of the rifle, run some solvent patches through it, then some dry patches. After that some gun oil on a patch and swab the bore down well. Wipe the bolt off real good. And as for the breech plug and nipple clean them as well. Then use some anti seize on the threads of the breech plug and nipple and assemble the rifle again. Don't forget to clean and oil the trigger assembly.
Being it has a nipple, I am going to guess you have a USA America, LK-II, Wolverine, or Bighorn. Good luck with your rifle.
