It appears that the base APEX's may still be available according to Cabela's online store, but who knows if that is 100% accurate. The Black/SS/Scope combos were sold out over a month ago. I had to switch my order from one of the combos to a bare gun just so it would get here. In the end, I think I'll be happier to put the money I didn't spend for the combo on a better scope.

My Dad went to the store in PDC for me yesterday, they are completely out of everything inspite of what the web site says. The PDC store is a distribution warehouse, they got into the system and checked every Cabela's store in the country and all were sold out of every version, both .45 and .50 caliber. Too bad, that was an awesome deal on what is proving to be a very good rifle.

I ordered one on Monday and they sent it. I'm supposed to get it today. I don't know why they would say they have them and really not. I don't think the stores do carry them. They come from their warehouse or whatever.

I got that muzzleloader. I asked Cabela's if they were sold out and they said they weren't. There are still plenty of stainless/black ones left. I highly recommend it--great value, great gun!!!! You'd better buy it while you still can.
