I'm going to try to work up some loads using this powder. I'll be shooting out of a T/C Omega. I remember reading some other posts about reducing the max load by 15%, but I think it was for 777. Do I need to do this for the Goex Pinnacle FFFG or can I try all the way up to 150 grains. I'm sure my final load will be lower than this, but I want to try a wide range of loads and I want to be safe at the same time.
Thanks

Always nice to be safe,if you don,t remember or can,t find reloading data on it,work your way up to the load your thinking about! Its better to be safe for sure.Never used that Goex before, but there might be someone here that has.vangunsmith

I talked to a rep at Goex plant about pinniacle 3 f in powder form and he also told me to reduce 15%. Do not know about pellets as I do not shoot them. So far I have stayed between 100-110 as I shoot mostly conicles of 465 grains

Thanks for the help. I went to the Goex web site to see if there was any info there, and it said to use volume for volume with traditional black powder. I think I'll stay under 120 grain just to be safe. I'm sure my shooting load will be below this. With Pyrodex pellets my best 3 shot groups were at 110 grains. All three shots touching at 50 yrds on a bench rest.
Thanks again
