elk pics.......finally

Here are a few pics of the elk I saw a couple of weeks ago. The quality isn't that great cause I had to run to the store and get a disposable camera. I enhanced them as best as I could.
The one on the right is the obvious larger of the two. Keep in mind, in order to add some perspective, these pics were taken in the middle of May and the large elk is 750+ pound elk.
The second and third pics you can see just how long his brow tines are, the good width he already had, and how his G-3's shoot out to the sides.

The one on the right looks like it will be a real BRUISER of a bull. The second one won't be too bad either! Nice pics even though the quality wasn't that great.

The one on the right is aiming for 300+ this season! Good bull to put in the freezer and the wall!
The second bull isn't too shabby either, definitely wouldn't pass on him this up coming season.

It's hard to say so early but I have been seeing a lot of these same elk for a number of years now and they are all very big elk.
I would be willing to bet that the larger bull will go at least 360 inches when he sheds the velvet. He still has 2.5 months to grow. That's a lot of time to add bone up there.
I really hope to get some pics of them later on in the season when they are fully developed.
