IL Trophy Hunter

Christmas came a couple of days late for me this year. This buck worked his way into a cornfield on the evening of Dec 27th right before dark. The field was already full of does and some other mature bucks I had seen at various times during the season. As the buck approached I kicked on my video camera mounted on my Gorilla camera arm. Wasn't sure if I wanted to shoot him or not as I saw he had a busted G-4. As he got closer I zoomed in on him still not sure if I was going to take the shot. Anyway after a few seconds I chose to shoot since I had the shot opportunity on video. I settled my pin and let her fly, perfect shot! The buck whirled and ran across the field as I swung the camera to follow his death march. He piled up about 60yds into the field and caught his descent on video as well. He ended up having a busted brow tine that I had not noticed in the heat of the moment, stilla nice buck and the fact I caught the hunt on video makes it extra special.

You need the URL not the IMG from Photobucket and then paste it to the image window after clicking the on the tool screen.
