I know the toughest thing I have hunted is mountain goats. Even the scouting was brutal. When I would get back from a weekend scouting trip everyone I saw would ask me what happened to me because I looked as beat up as I felt. I was caught in an ice storm in my bivy tent one night and had the wind flatten my tent another night so many times I lost count. My water bottle froze solid one night when it was under the edge of my sleeping bag and that was in early September. It was the longest stalk I have ever made, 4 hours half of witch was on my belly through boulders and snow. But I would give anything for another tag.
