So we've all heard about Canada's gun control. What kind of rules do you live with regarding firearms in Canada just to put it in perspective for us in the States?

How difficult would it be for somebody in the states to take a rifle into Canada and hunt. I believe the handgun rules are much stricter right?

Too be honest im not sure as too how you go about bringing a rifle into Canada, sorry i cant help you there. But yes i do think the handgun laws are more strict, its a pain in the... well u know what, same with the whole gun registration crap. I would understand it with automatics and handguns but, long guns, thats just crap. But the most fish and wildlife officers dont even ask for the registration and such cause they think it is B/S just as much as us citizens do.
