Nope, no public elk hunts in Missouri there are some private land hunts and or shoots for elk. I think there is one in Winona

Nothing on the public lands. MO Department of Conservation did a study about reintroduction couple years ago, and opted not to go forward with the program.

In Oklahoma over in the Wichita Mountainmiddle SW, then over west of Fort Smith Arkansasabout a100 miles.

If you're Arkansas resident and have a hunting license you can apply&if drawn it'sfree.

Oklahoma must purchase small license to apply I think that the tag is about 320 not sure nonresident welcomed.
