Is there any truth to the rumor of a new point system for tags next year? How is the Mt Goat and Bighorn hunting in Idaho? Thanks.

I don't see that happening quite yet... The hunting is great as long as you have a good pack string..!I don't see wolves that high.. So, you will have good hunting. now if the wolves get up that high.. we are all in trouble! Good luck....

I was told by someone close to the commission that one should be in place for 2007 - start using it 2008. Sounds like you will have to buy a hunting license kinda like Neveda or Arizona. That's all I know, but nothing official. Looks like NM will be the lone state left w/o one.
