CT opened this AM. I couldn't hunt due to work obligations. My brother in law scored on another nice tom this AM down there..
He weighed 21 & 3/4 lb with a 10.5" beard and 7/8" spurs.

Over for me as well, I did get a jake on Sunday evening. No real exciting story. Just a ambush on the route towards the roost. All in all a fun season. Keep it up team 8. I think we might just win this thing.

Have you guys checked out the new score ranking post at the top of the page?? We are in in 1st place by a long shot with 8 birds on the board This is a rockin team congrats everyone, i knew i was on a good team

Going out tomorrow to NY &/or CT. We'll see what happens. A couple of my buddies don't have birds yet, so that will be our number one objective.

Heading out again tomorrow morning. Possibly having a buddy coming to film and call for me. Its tkycaller (Denny Wagner) who is a world class caller. So hopefully some of his luck can rub off on me. Denny is tagged out already here in PA taking 2 birds within days of each other, and taking a bird in Michigan, and calling in a few more for others. So wish me luck guys. Hopefully I have some good news to report
