Let's keep it up...
We can only use the highest score from our 1st 2 birds? I'm sure I will lay down a couple of others by the end of the season!
I brought the big one from yesterday to the taxidermist. Going to do my first full strutt mount with him.
He says he'll have it complete by 9/1. He does very nice bird work.

Well here's my first PA bird. 20pd 9.5'' & 2'' beards 1''spurs on both sides. Shot him at the very last minute. Was 11:59 when I looked at my watch! I had just said to my buddy that I've never shot a bird after 11. When we got this guy started up at 11:40. I got the extra tag this year for Pa sinceI have 2 weeks off so I still got some hunting to do. Congrats to the rest of you guys lets keep smokin em!

Congrats! This team is kicking butt. Well my season is officially over as of today. This is the first time in a long while that I didn't take both of my birds in Ky. Wetook 6 gobblers off my my property's. I hunted very hardand had several chances at taking my second bird. I passed up 3 shots that I thought was a litttle iffy. I didn't want to cripple any birds. I still killed 2 birds this year one in Al and killed a preatty decent one here in Ky. I didn't hunt in In. due to the gas prices. I was paying enough just to hunt here in Ky.Keep up the good work team and let's bring this thing home.

These gas prices make interstate travel very expensive. I won't be hunting CT or NY nearly as much as usual.
