LOL.....I love the enthusiasm Brandon! I'd like to see at least 4 on our card this year....don't want to live a pipe dream..lol Looking at your bucks and the ones I know Tim chases.....things could get real interesting in a hurry for us.
I say we should almost start a pool to see what Brandon's post count ends up at when we hit the end of the contest lol. Season hasn't even opened yet and he's already chompin' at the bit!

Greatto see you on the team. Must say I get a kick out of your posts and it will be fun to be on the same team with you. Really looking forward to seeing how your season goes. No doubt you are Captain worthy!! Just a lot of good guys here who would make great captains. It was actually tough to pick one hoping not to offend someone else should they want it.

I think we've got a hell of a teamhere and it is going to be afun year.

As Captain... we expect a lot from you to lead us to victory this year and in future years!! Besides keeping everything straight for the contest and keeping us up to date with the contest, your duties also are...

1. Keep the fridge stocked with beer
2. Gutting and dragging ourbucks out for us or lining up someone to do it.
3. Making sure Antler Eater's identity remains a great mystery. I don't think even his buddy Iowabob85 knows what he looks like.
4. Prep talks when the going gets rough... even if it means getting nasty and tellingus to man up and kill something.

The one thing that would be nice... wouldbe to have everyonetell us how they want to be addressed such as forum name, name or nickname.Sincethis contest is also to get to know your teammates besides winning... itsucks doing thename ( forum name ) thing. I think I can abide by the rules so far Tim...to an extent.
Rules 1 and 5...OF COURSE! and ALWAYS! I have a fridge in my garage that it's sole purpose is to keep my beer at 34*.
Rule 2. I don't have a problem gutting them, my old man is the only one that ever beat me for speed. He could get it done in about 15 seconds and I could do it in 25, but he worked in a slaughter house for a few years that gave him the advantage.
Rule 3. Antler who? And anyone that asks will just disappear! Capiche?!
Rule 4. As far as pep talks go....why wait for the going to get tough?? Those of you that open earlier than the rest of us...PICK UP YOUR SKIRTS AND FIND A PAIR and GO KILL SOMETHIN'!!!
NOW....back to Rule 2. I do NOT drag unless it's absolutely necessary. I had watced a guy drag one with his atv once and trashed the cape on a good buck. You see here in WI per game laws game can't be "transported" while in reach of a person/s until registered i.e. not even on the rack of an atv. SOOOOO I took the bottom of my old Hideout pop up ice shanty and put flat steel with eye loops on the outside and bolts in the middle and a piece of chain, and then welded a grab hook to a piece of steel held on by the ball of my machine......I'll show ya instead. BTW that was 03 gun deer.
