Good luck on your hunting when you get to go. Work is a pain for getting in the way but it pays the bills!!

Well I went back in after the buck. Got poured on... really starting to hate rain. [:'(] Saw a couple doe and two small bucks... otherwise really quiet. Tyler had a good time at his spot besides getting poured on. He saw 8 bucks with 3 in range. Nothing he wanted to shoot. He had fun squeaking at a coyote but decided to let him live another day. Would have been a 10 yard shot.
Will be back at it tomorrow.

Well I just got some awsome news yesterday. I was just given permission to hunt 400 acres of private property in central Illinois. On top of it I am the only bow hunter on this property! I haven't seen the property yet but have heard from others that used to hunt it that it has some monster bucks! I can't wait to get down and check the property out!!!

Hey guys, Checking in again!!! I am hoping to go home on the first weekend of Oct. to hunt, so hopefully I can put something on the ground then!!!

Our season starts on a Wednesday this year. I took thursday and friday off so I will have 4 straight days out! Can't wait for it to get here!
