It all happen so fast with 4 deer around me and big mama suspicous

First of all WTG. I think by your anatomy pic that you glanced off of a rib and deflected back through the gut.

I agree, you must have just hit a rib and the arrow deflected into the gut. Aint your fault though. Congrats on your doe again!
