Talked to my brother last night and he said that he saw a 150+ ten pointer in a field in between the two properties I hunt down there, so hopefully he will make his way over.

Rob how did the check up go?

I went to the doc today and didn't get the best news in the world. the x-ray showed a fracture all the way through one of the bones in my right shoulder. I have to go back friday for a MRI to see if there is any muscle damage. he hasn't restricted my activities yet though. He just said that if it hurts when I do it, don't do it any more. Yeah right! It hurts all of the time, working, resting, and especially when I shoot my bow. I sure don't know how I did it. I was shooting my bow about a month ago and it felt like something tore in there and it has hurt ever since.

That doesn't sound good at all. Hopefully it gets better soon!

Hey guys sorry I havnet been posting, its cause this website kept telling me I couldnt post. I dont know. But anyways, I found some buck rubs near my spot, so its only a matter of time, 18 days!!

Took the old cast off, put a new cast on for another 3 weeks. That's Oct 3rd....might miss the first couple weeks now. I'm suppose to bring a shoe on the 3rd so.....not to worry, I've shot the last 3 bucks within the 2 weeks following Halloween and I'm off those weeks regardless if I'm back to work or not.

Less than 24hrs.....hopefully by this time tomorrow I will have at least 1(if not 2) does down. The area that I mostly hunt is an Earn a Buck zone which means I have to shoot a doe before I can shoot a buck.
