I'll get to this as soon as I can guys. I sustained an eye injury and had to go to the ER today to get a tiny piece of metal removed.[:'(] About the size of a grain of sand. Just felt like I had dirt in my eye but no matter how many times I tried I couldn't flush it out. Called my doctor and she told me to head to the ER. They were able to take care of me but now my eye is going to be sore for a few days and my vision is blurry. So as soon as I feel up to it I'll whip something up.

Congrats ADD BOY just remember to be safe. Well guysfinally we got the last stand hung and cleared. Ican't wait to get out there and hunt.The idea for the team avatar seems good. I can't wait to see it.

Hey Team 10 Point. It has been a little quiet around here lately. I just got another 20 acres that was neighboring the 170 that the inlaws have. I got some stands in there this weekend and it is looking pretty promising. At 600 an acre it was a steal. All woods with a creek running through. The skeeters are horrible though. It also looks like it will be cooling off this weekend. Can't wait for the 16th of September. Bear starts tomorrow so we will see how that goes. I got asked at the last minute if Icould get afellow on some bear. I don't have a permit to shoot but so this is just baiscally a guide job with no pay. Well I hope all is well with the rest of you guys.

I hung 3 stands this weekend on the farm I hunt in IL. I normally use a climber but I hung 1 stand to use as there are no good climbing trees in the area. the other 2 are just to reserve my area from 2 other guys that hunt the woods also. I hung them on the outside of the area I want to hunt to let them know I am there. We kinda have our areas of the woods we hunt, but last year I had some stands in my area. So this year I am staking my claim early. MO season starts next Friday. IL starts Oct. 1.

Just experimenting. I think this one is going to be too dark.

I am finally feeling the pain today. I work out on a regular basis. I play basketball, racketball, and lift weights during the week on my lunch hours. But I have been losing some weight and I though that I would try some hanging tree stands this year as opposed to ladders and climbers. WOW am I sore. It has been since just after I got done with college the last time I hung one. But I have to tell you now that it is up I can't wait to hunt it.
