TRAGEDY!
I was shooting my bow Wednesday afternoon, and suddenly my peep wasn't turning right. I started looking over my bow, and noticed a serious problem.....busted strands in my one of buss cables. I called the pro shop, and the soonest a new set will be in is next week Tues. or Wed. That will leave me 2-3 days to get it paper tuned again, and back to where I had it! GRRRRRR!
Oh well, it's suppose to be warm next weekend for the opener here in WI, so I'm not all that worried about it...we have a LONGGGGG season.

Don't forget if you change the string it'll take about 200 shots to get it stretched to where the settings will be consistent. Sorry about the bad news,but on the bright side better now than on Halloween! Keep us informed of your progress with the repairs.

Actually Doc, it won't take that many shots with the new string and BC's because they're Winner's Choice. All WC strings come PRESTRETCHED so the only issue you'll face is when they wear out. I'm quite confident after paper tuning I'll have it ready to hunt in a day....besides...200 arrows isn't anything to shoot anyway..lol
