It would be a lot better if I knew what state you lived in. Here' s something I found rather quickly - if you live in Georgia, this is all you need to know:
REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES: Anyone who completed a Georgia hunter education course and needs a replacement Hunter Education Certificate can obtain a replacement card online at www.gohuntgeorgia.com or by calling 800-864-7275 (outside Atlanta) or 770- 389-7275 (in Atlanta) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for information.
Now, what I would do is go back and look for some paperwork about where you took your course, and what their number is. Call them, and they should be able to take care of you. If you can' t find their number, go to www.google.com and type in ' hunter safety course (your state name here)' . You should be able to find a phone number somewhere.

As a hunter, it would be a good idea to become familiar with your state' s DNR home page - www.dnr.state.mn.us. They' ve got all the information you' d ever want on regulations and all that.
