can you get ur hunting certificate any time of the year or is their a program that only happens at a certain time of the year and if u like miss it you wait another year to get it, or am i retarded and u have no idea what im talking about

You will have to check with the state you live in. Go to the top of the page and click "resources". From there find your state under DNR listingsand check the regs there. You will find most states offer hunters ed throughout the year. What state are you from?
