I shot a mule doe tonight!! Me and my dad went out still hunting. At around 5 pm I spotted this beaut standing on a hillside. I belly crawled with the 700 classic 250 savage and got within 125 yards. I layed the bi-pod out and scoped its head to make sure it was a doe. By this time she spotted me and was looking straight at me. She couldnt identify me so she turned towards me slightly. Now I had a less then perfect angle (quartering towards). I decided I could make a good shot anyways and I held right behind the shoulder and squeezed the trigger. She dropped right in her tracks!!! I took out both lungs and the liver. I walked up, tagged her and got my dad to take pics. One mulie down, one mulie to go. This is my biggest bodied deer yet
