Default northeast wyoming food plot

any ideas on what sorta food plot would maybe make it in northeast wyoming? we have hard winters, hot dry summers, and i think our annual precipitation is around 11-14 inches... am i screwed? i am not able to get water regularly where the plot will be, but in a year or so i should be able too.

a lot of farmers have tons of deer on alfalfa, but i guess it takes a lot of water.
any suggestions??

Default RE: northeast wyoming food plot

Last year we planted Imperil Extreme on a plot in New Mexico. It's always dry there. It took some time to get established but this spring it's awesome.

I don't know of anything else that has a chance with that low rainfall.

Good Luck
