I don't know what to plant

I got this place and i want the deer to use during the fall and winter months they already have clover for the summer and spring. I was just going to plant just a little to "attract" some deer to that one particular area. What can i plant?

The deer will eat the clover all year round. What size area do you wnat to plant? That will make a big diference on the options you will have for a fall crop. Winter wheat would be a good option if the plot is not too small.
