Default What to plant

Well I have cleared out a section in the woods that I would like to plant a small food plot (150ftx150ft). This section gets minimal sunlight and has wet soil. What would anybody suggest to plant, and when should I plant it?
Thanks

Default RE: What to plant

Minimal light is kind of tough. I' d take out a few key trees to open it up alittle. I' ve planted trails through woods and the areas that get 4 or more hours a day do well. I' ve had very good luck with Whitcombs Whitetails Plot Mix. Check out the site. Its had some good info on plots and minerals. www.whitcombswhitetails.com

Good Luck!
