D.O., we believe that some of the problem with the deer heard and the Bovine TB has been the warm winters that have not culled the sick and dying deer. Our winters have, up til this year, been unseasonably warm, sometimes in the 60' s and 70' s... This is the coldest winter in about 18 or more years.

lunchbucket; when you look at kill off in that light I agree. If you' re going to lose some it' s best the lose the old and sick. It' s just hard to take when we have fairly low deer populations to begin with.
farmhunter; you could be taking those pictures at my property. I just drove past when I couldn' t see the fence, posts, or gate.
