Do you want to get some cheap seed or do you want to get some good seed cheap?

Never tried it but read about it in a couple mags. There a quite a few chicories out there. Most are the wazy-leaved versions. Be sure you don't get that type. From what I'veheard, the difference in usage is huge. Don't know the best variety names.Sorry

Don't mind paying a little more to get the best.
How much are you really saving.
Is it worth saving a few bucks when it could cost you a few bucks this fall.
How many hunting seasons do you have left.

5-15 acres..mixed with grasses

I hear ya on the cheap thing..but buying name brand (BL, WI, etc) may be just as foolish..want best bang ofr my buck....

I fully understand wanting to find the best price but, the major companies have bought the rights to the best chicory seeds. So as you investigate them you will find the ones you want they own. I found that out looking for Lab Lab. Tecomate own the rights to it and the local seed store could'nt buy it cheeper than off the shelf.
