Cougar or Coyote Print

It has four toes! Double curve on top of pad. But right claw barely sticking out.

Really not sure. About three-four inches wide.

Definitely not a coyote track, so that would leave the cougar.

Another vote for cougar. If your DNR says there isn't any there then it must be our elusive black panther!
