clover question

Default clover question

i have a one acre plot of soy beans in south La. iwant to plant clover in the fall, iwas wondering if icould just reseed with the clover or should i get rid of the beans in the fall and replant the clovers with something else

Depending on how think the beans are you could spread the clover on top and let the weather take them down. Some probably will not germinate till spring. I not a big fan legume following legume. Try rotating crop types so you replinish the ground, and avoid certain diseases. I would plant brassicas and then plant clover in the spring.
