Well sprayed the areas i plan on planting a food plot with weed killer. going to plant in about a week i hope everything comes up, i'll be getting it in the ground about a week later than the manufacture recomends but we have been haveing some cool weather so i think i'll be fine.

I sprayed my clover about 2 weeks ago. All weeds are gone and it has really taken off with this warm weather.

A lot of times those "weeds" that you are killing are the preferred natural browse that deer prefer. A lot of those weeds have higher nutritional value for a wild deer than some of those planted food plots. This is probably more related to summer plots than the winter plots.
