Yep,that's what i'm talking 'bout right there--nice pictures by the way
So then these aren't really used by deer much at all?[:'(]I was hoping they were beneficial because i've got 'em everywhere!Thanks for the help and pics.

Please do not misunderstand things. Deer will eat the ferns we eat up here known as fiddleheads. But the others they may not eat but like to travel through them and at times hide their fawns in them. So, yes they are benefical to deer in one way or another.

Bracken Fern and Poisonous ferns have opposing leaves and the none poisonous have staggered leaves.
