Good deer hunting property?

Good deer hunting property?
Looking at buying a 20 acre wooded piece of property, bordered by a road(timber on other side), a river, and open land. No other wooded land for about 200 yards. Will I see deer on this property

That is a hard question to answer not knowing anything about the property and even if there are deer already in the area . If they are there do you have feed or anything to draw them to your property ?

Do ya some scouting and see what sign there is. If there are deer in the area, than maybe you can bring them in with feed and a good food plot. You'll just have to see what is in the area first.
