RE: Slug Gun Scope???
Can't help you out with the Trophy Series question, but thought I'd throw in another vote for the Nikon ProStaff 2-7 x 32. Great scope for the money.
I had my local shop boresight my shotgun with the ProStaff before heading out to the range to sight in. Guy remarked on what a nice scope it is and just about fell over when I told him how much it cost.

RE: Slug Gun Scope???
im gonna have to say the leupold...i think 7 is too high of power for a slug gun...i woudlnt use a rifle scope on your gun...most of the powers are too high...some of the cheaper ones may not withstand the heavy recoil. thats why i got the leupold...perfect 1-4 power, rock solid, and with leupold rings and mounts, it never moves.i just sighted it once, i take the barrel off when im duck or turkey hunting or anything else i need bird shot for and come deer season i pop the slug barrel on and shoot a few rounds through it. nothing handier than a catilevered barrel on a shotgun.
