Looked at both today, man what a tuff choice. The Leupold was a wider imiage and the Nikon looked clearer in the shadows. There is a $100.00 difference trying to make up my mind if it's worth it. Leaning towards the Nikon. Thanks for the help! keep it comming!

NIKON all the way. See, the thing about Nikon is that you can get one of their best models for the price of a lowest quality Leupold. Nikon makes some VERY clear scopes and they gather TONS of light.
