Default scent killer passes 1st test

I was in a ground blind last evening when a doe unexpectedly walked up 15 yds behind me . She was directly down wind of me. I know she saw something(me) that caught her attention but after 10 min of checking me out testing the wind and feeding she moved on. If I could have gotten in position I would have taken her but it was not to be. I was using the home made scent control spray listed here.

Passed second test. I had a 4pt walk up on me stopped at 7 yds before he realized that something wasn't right. He was at a down wind angle and saw me in my tree stand and wasn't sure of what I was. So far so good saw 5 deer this morning.

Was the one you used with the 3% Peroxide in the brown bottles, or the stronger industrial strength stuff that must be diluted? It would be more convenient to be able to use the store bought 3% kind, but have read not to use it. Just wondering, and wanting to make some.
